The story of Filicori Zecchini started in Bolgna in 1919 with Aldo Filicori, Luigi Zecchini and a small workshop in the centre of the city. Is is here the two fouding partners discover the secret of perfect coffee: the roasting.

So they decide to deal with the entire production of their precious blends themselves from importing sacks of green beans to the rich hot coffee you are served at the bar.
